Overview

Our refund and returns policy for digital courses lasts 7 days, and if 7 days have passed since your purchase or you have consumed more than 25% of the content, we cannot offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must have accessed less than 25% of the course content and submit your request via our support email within the 7-day eligibility period.

Several categories of our educational services are exempt from refunds. Once a course completion certificate has been issued or the user has accessed a significant portion of the course material, the purchase is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable course resources and source code files
  • Specialized 1-on-1 mentorship sessions already conducted

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Enrollment in a course bundle where only specific modules have been accessed.
  • Technical issues on our end that prevented you from accessing the course for a significant period.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our eligibility criteria.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Courses

Only regular-priced courses may be refunded

courses purchased during a promotional sale or using a limited-time discount code are non-refundable.

Course Exchanges

We only allow course exchanges if you mistakenly purchased the wrong track and notify us before accessing any content; please email us at support@dixitbytes.com to request a transfer.

Gifts

If the course was marked as a gift when purchased and access was sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return

once the return is processed, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
